audio-marks is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Spotify AB. We use their publicly available APIs to provide functionality, but Apple Music and Spotify remain separate services with their own terms and policies.

The audio-marks app relies on Apple Music and (potentially) Spotify APIs to function. These services are subject to change at any time by their respective companies. If these services modify their APIs, restrict access, or discontinue features, certain functionalities of audio-marks may no longer work.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality if changes occur beyond our control.
At this time, Spotify support is not yet available. We are awaiting approval from Spotify to access their API. However, approval is not guaranteed. Spotify may decide not to grant access for any reason, in which case Spotify-related features will never become available.
If you have joined the Spotify waiting list, we will notify you via email if and when Spotify support is approved. If approval is denied, we will also inform you.
We do not control Apple Music or Spotify. Your usage of these services is subject to their terms. Any issues, such as playback errors, account restrictions, or API changes, should be addressed directly with Apple Music or Spotify.
We are not responsible for:
- Errors caused by Apple Music or Spotify.
- Service outages or API restrictions by these platforms.
- User account issues on Apple Music or Spotify.
While we aim to provide long-term support for audio-marks, we do not guarantee indefinite availability of any feature. If third-party services or policies change, we may need to adjust, limit, or discontinue parts of the app. This includes the possibility that Spotify may deny API access, preventing us from offering Spotify support at all.
